room temperaturelimited breakfast
the room's temperature control was off (i couldn't seem to regulate it). the fan provided did little to cool the space and was too noisy for me to sleep comfortably. i also found the breakfast selection quite limited, especially regarding options beyond the full english. there were no cold cuts like ham or cheese offered, disappointing.

the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception desk. that aspect met my expectations.
The tv in my room had a terrible picture. the image was cloudy with very little color. It reminded me of watching a black and white tv. i reported it, but nothing happened.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay i had questions. the location was central with easy access to various attractions and transport links i needed. the room was well-kept and clean. breakfast had sufficient options to choose from each morning.
the paid parking was not directly on site which added a little inconvenience i felt.

the room included a comfortable sofa bed it was ideal. i found the room very clean and well-equipped. it had everything i needed for a short stay plus a large television.

the room itself felt quite basic. it wasn't terrible, but nothing stood out. also, the breakfast selection was limited. i really wanted some proper bacon, but all there was some thin, barely cooked stuff.
